The company answered my call and when I asked the company stated to me they were a government agency. I filled out the required paper work to modify a loan and was then told of fees of $1000 non refundable and another $3000 that they could take payment on. It was only then that when I asked about fees and if they were in fact a government agency that they admitted that they were not.
