Placed A Judgement On Me

Obtained a phone from Portfolos Litigations Division on 2/4/10 saying that I had a debt for Providian Credit card I said no I was not aware of the debt. She stated that it exhibits there that I've been spending about the consideration. I then believed she was referring to a debt that I'd decided to purchase in 2008. I then believed the people I'd been spending transformed me to their organization till I examined my credit history and discovered that she'd lied in my experience. I subsequently discovered that I'd a reasoning on me in NY for that year 2007 that we knew nothing about. I've not existed in since 2000. Personally I think they delibertly did that and so I couldn't protect myself. I've read a lot of reasons for having the corporation that I'm unsure how to proceed. I understand this judgement will remain on my credit history until I visit New yorks Bronx County Court-House to try and leave this reasoning, that'll consider many appointments to show I had been not really a citizen in those days and that I wasn't offered correctly. What'll I really do. If you're able to support please let me understand.
