Unauthorized Bank Draft

Reduced our Kubota tractor via regular autodraft - settled each month entirely for 4 years. Established that there is nothing we had a need to do to stop autodraft (established written down by KCC Jan) when the final pmt was created. Obtained benefit agreement along with a little overpayment reimbursement in January. The next month Mar Kubota drafts our consideration UNAUTHORIZED for another payment per month. Contact Kubota - they've no report of the draft and so I need to contact the financial institution, get all of the doctor and send it around (because they're not yet within the 21st-century and cannot have a. Pdf doc). They inform me they'll deliver a sign in FOURTEEN DAYS. Really??? They are able to do an unauthorized deceptive draft in five minutes, but need to personally reduce a check and email it to come back my cash??? Lastly encourage them to slice the check and am informed they'll overnight it, but that's to-go thru their inner procedure which could occupy to some week? It's likely to consider them per week to obtain a CSR to-go obtain the check and place it within an overnight cover? INCREDIBLE!!! DON'T SUBSCRIBE TO AUTOPAYMENT WITH KUBOTA CREDIT CORPORATION UNTIL YOU NEED TO KEEP PAYING THEM EACH MONTH DESPITE THE LOAN IS PAID. Oh, and do not bother requesting to talk to a boss (he is not in nowadays) and there is nobody else for you really to speak with - no escalation procedure - consider it or abandon it.
