Our child continues to be billed three differing times from these folks. Named and had money returned however they charge her over $270 in facility costs due to their unauthorized charges. I talked using the FBI and was informed to visit a government site where I really could document a criticism from this organization. It's the "Web Crime Complaint Center". The web site is www.ic3. Gov. If all of US deliver our grievances there they may examine the organization and we are able to document a-class action suit.
