Morgage modification

I applied for a modification from New Alliance I spoke with Carla Classen I was told cost was 3000.00 under contract if I didn't recieve modification I would get a full refund. I was denied on september 2 i was also told by phone and e-mail that i would get a full refund in 30 days (on November 11) sence then the phone calls aren't answered nor did I get a refund. There appears to be no one at the address listed on web site i have sent numerous letters and e-mails with no return calls. And no refund as of today 3/10/10
