I hired this company to do a loan modification. I paid the fee of $1,950.00 in full. My mortgage company never recieved the modification request I submitted through Financial Restoration Alliance and foreclosed. I contacted this company and they said they would process me a refund. I called back after 2 months to check the refund status and I was informed I would have to talk to General manager David Singui and he was either never available or wouldnt take my call. Now ther are no phones or email in service for this company.
