On Friday March 5th I made a deposit for $ 825.00 which posted that same day and on Monday March 8th I made another depoit for $200.00 which did not post till the next day they were both cash deposits and both deposits were made after 4:00 pm... I have bank records and deposits for proof... Since, my Monday deposit did not go in till the next day I incurred 11 NSF Fees in one day 3 the next and well 1 tomorrow for a total of $ 525.00... The stupid part of this was that the charges that were paid did not even total $100.00... I went into the bank and demanded an explaination the only thing the bank manager told me that funds were available to me but not for debits? Can anyone make sense of this? How can a banking facilty do this and get away with it? This is HIGHWAY robbery... Do not use wachavia!!!
