Ripoff fraudulent, dishonest, rude, unhelpful

I am apalled at the company providian financial.
I was bankrupt several years ago, when they offered me a chance

To redeem my credit, they started me with a 23.99 interest rate
several years later with no late payments at all from me,

I requested them to lower my interest, I explained to a manager that i was a single mom and could no longer afford that rate.

The manager was very nice and said that the best he could do was 17 percent.

Great, I said, well it took 8 mos for it to finalllly be posted, they had to credit me all the back interest.

Now all of a sudden they increase me to 28 percent!!! Out of nowhere for no reason!!!

They said they notified me by mail, I recieved nothing!
Now my interest is so high, only 20.00 will come off a month!

This is sick fraud, I hope someone can do something it is unfair!!!
