Ripoff, fraud, rude employees

I have been with providian for 5 years now with no late payments, I went with providian because my credit was not that perfect and they were offering me a card, they said the first 2 years I would have an interest rate of 18.99 and if my account is in good standing with them after 2 years they would lower my interest rate.

Well its been 5 years now and they Jacked up my rates instead of bringing it down. I tried several times to appeal to their customer service dept. To lower my rate or at least go back to 18.99% because they jacked it up to 23% and all I get are rude remarks and they wont even transfer me to a supervisor stating "he wont careabout your situation" and he would just tell me to call back in another year or so.

What kind of Customer Service is that??? If anyone here can give me advice please contact me through the rebuttal key
