Terrible customer and phone service

I requested a Tesco-rhb credit card fourteen days before, which week i obtained a jewelry rhb charge card, that will be not what I needed. I named the rhb support point, which set me in line hearing their advertisements for over 10 moments, after awaiting such a long time, a note stated all providers are hectic, please call-back later. And so I attempted another quantity, which number is just a laugh, no concept to even recognize the clear presence of the client, simply hearing advertisements advertisements and much more advertisements before concept to inform me to call-back again! It had been receiving overdue and that I chose to attempt the following day. Next day may be the same task, wait wait and delay. And so I determined the phone call the neighborhood department number.in ipoh, to my shock... The woman customer support official simply mentioned... All banks are like this!!! I had been so furious and frustrated!

(actually, ambank support is a lot greater, they contact me everytime i create a big transaction on my charge card to confirm the deal, their phone-line is a lot responded even more quickly also... Therefore now considering it... I believe I'll stop all my rhb balances and cards and change to ambank!!!)
