We have had fairbanks for sometime and have no good out of the company. Besides enourmous continuous calling from the company the call and when the line is answered they dont respond and hang up. They continuously call my work and do this up to 6 times a day.

We started getting charged late fees when payments were not late and then we started getting bills that expected us to pay quarltey instead of monthly like we had. And then they started to send back our monthly payments demanding these quartlery ones penializing us for it. When i called the man i talked to said not to send payments through us postal instead to pay them "check by phone" causing us to have to pay them an additional $15 fee. This company has been very rude, unprofessional, harrassing and plain mean since our morgage was sold to them! This should be illegal!!! Is it? What can we do...?
