Unauthorized monthly charge

For that very first time in several weeks, I really looked over my Verizon expenses - yikes, $9.95 per month. Named them - they really responded - stated I got an IQ test throughout a Facebook program and registered for that $9.95 support. I expected them to get a credit "oh no, Verizon won't permit us use of your consideration together" - have you been kidding me? Why might Verizon not permit a credit however permit a money? This can be a fraud. I requested to keep in touch with somebody that may approve a credit - continued store for over two hours (their 800-number) - ultimately got a dial-tone.
