Overcharging on Debit Card - Checking Account

I have notice this morning my account has double entries and am missing around $200 dollars. I spoke with a very disrespectful CSR who said they were aware of the matter, but did not know when the money would be posted back on accounts. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the csr hung up on me.
