Took money out my bank acct

I had been told that it was a creditcard to become used everywhere. Subsequently to call 24 hours later and was told as possible only they use this online. I do not have a pc, i am utilizing a friends. They required the cash from my bank account and said it was a-1 time fee and i told them i did not need the card, inside the 3 days allowed legally. Our bank wont assist simply because they did this on the phone. I requested how they got my bank account and they'dn't tell me. I'd like my money-back, they caused me overdrafts.
