This credit union is really bad with customer support and also the worse component is the fact that top of the management is equally as poor. They're therefore puzzled and neglect to handle their clients with regard and personalism. They've didn't handle the clients just like a lender must. They've also provide this type of large change with workers that you're continuously needing to review and over circumstances together. The supervisors within the Kearny Mesa workplace functions as though they're above everybody and neglect to realize that if it had beennot for that Town employees they'd be from company. The support they provide to everybody that I've observed including myself is if we're attempting to grab from their store, do some type of scam trick. They do not consider the durability of the consumers connection with this specific lender plus they absolutely have no idea concerning the professionalism and kindness that the consultant must share with their customers.
