Travis Credit Union, in Fairfield, California, declined my EFT car mortgage cost after which lied about rejecting it! I observed a deposit designed to my consideration about 14 days after I created my car cost. I asked my lender plus they explained it had been a return EFT transaction. After I appeared directly into it, it switched aout to become my car cost. I named Travis Credit Union and aske what happened. They advised me they never obtained a cost from me. Underneath the guidance of the financial consultant buddy, I approached my lender for that confident and returning deal numbers (that are drenched national monetary deal figures) after which named Travis Credit Union Back using the information. I settled my mortgage cost again, within the telephone, however they HAVEN'T published my cost properly after MANY phone calls. Because of their neglect I wound up spending extra fund costs since the cost published later within the month. The total amount is under $100, but why must I spend any extra quantity after I settled my cost in great faith and promptly?! It has been nearly six months and that I however can't-get Travis Credit Union to repair their mistake. I'd recommend bank with GOLD 1 when you have the chance... Travis C.U. Is a big disappointment.
