Late Fees ripoff

Made purchase with Best Buy Same as Cash. When I opened my statement there was a late charge. I called HRS they said that on the Best Buy receipt it says you have to make a min. Payment. So I called Best Buy to get copy of receipt and told them what HRS said, the representative of Best Buy said the late payment should be disclosed on the statement. No one is taking responsibility to the Boogus charges.
