"Customer care specialist"... What a joke! Bellingham

I knew that walmart has always had a bad rap. But I still got the walmartmoneycard, which did work great for awhile. Untill the spark plugs went out in our car. We returned them where we got them, got a refund put on out walmartmoneycard, a refund of $116, went to use the card... Declined. Called walmartmoneycard, our card had been on hold, we needed to prove that we had purchased the spark plug with the same card that we got the refund with. We told them that it was, we had shucks check the card, we called the head quarters and had shucks fax both recipts to walmartmoneycard like 4 times, claiming each time that they never recieved the fax, or WE had the wrong number... Etc. When they finally were able to locate the fax, our fund we're released, minus all of the hold fees (which we because THEY didn't have thier stuff right) They refused to refund us the fees, offered no solution, never admited they did something wrong!!! Drove me insane my paycheck was suppose to go in today, and they rejected it... I have to wait another week for my paycheck for something that messed up on!!! No empathy, all they did was attempt to rattle off policy. Refused to connect me with a manager, saying he/she was on the phone with another customer, I asked for the managers name, she didn't know... She knew he was on the phone and couldn't talk... But couldn't give me a name??? They said I would get a call back within the hour... They still have like 5 min left, before I call again... I'm deffintatly going to switch to my bank and just use my debit card... I am tired of dealing with stupid people who don't listen or understand a freaking word I say!!! Ughhhh
