Payments agreement not being honored

Avoid any company that employs citifinancial retail services for their funding. They're scammers, liar, and never reliable. I put up a continuing payment plan together on 12/11/09 & improved my deadline in the 21 of the month to the next of the month. Our current month declaration suggests that my minimum payment due is $194 which i had been evaluated late fees for a cost which was instantly picked from my bank account on 02/01/10 (that will be the afternoon the payment published). Now's shows the payment deadline is 03/04/10. Using the $39 late charge, the two days to pay them for your deadline change my balance goes up and never along. This is actually the only period i've financed through them and can never try it again.
