I have called your 1800 number several times and left the message your number tells your potential customers to do when you WANT TO CANCEL ANY AND ALL PARTICIPATION with the advertised programs. I have done this on numerous times well before the 30 days of free membership were over. Your company put my bank account into a negative balance which is a huge problem for me. I am on disability and get very little income each month. Please credit my account back the money owed to me. You charged me: $24.95 twice and $50.00 once and then my bank charged me $98.00 because I was in the negative balance. I don't have any extra money. I don't have enough money to pay for my prescriptions each month as it is. My husband is very ill due to having a massive heart attack and a stroke at the same exact time and is no longer able to work and is still fighting for disability. Please understand, we are in a bad way and can't afford this type of a problem right now. I went into my bank thinking I had just enough to pay my rent only to find out that I was $182.00 negative which caused me to be short on my rent and I will now also incur a late fee on my rent. PLEASE, do the right thing here and credit back my account the money you took. Please call me back to discuss this situation. Everytime I try to reach you, no one answers or you are closed.
