Unfair business practices

We employed this duty support for 2007 and without any problems. This time around we visited another department. They didn't reveal just how much these were getting. When we go through the paperwork we contact immediately to challenge $440 cost! I actually went there, they stated they might reduce it when they achieved it various, but we'd get less money from Government. Following the cash was direct-deposited, they included one more cost of $49.95. Whenever we questioned it, they stated it was for e-filing, which, we believed was free. Again, it was not revealed. I've tried calling corporate workplace 4 occasions, with no one will-call me back. DO NOT UTILIZE THIS TAX SERVICE! It'd have now been cheaper likely to an accountant.
