Efused to discharge debt

Because of their attention walks and costs I had been compelled to record bankruptcy in 2005. I'm currently being informed they submitted a municipal case against me (it has been 5 years) for not spending the statement. Despite the fact that these were correctly informed they've declined to release this debt.

Following The bankruptcy these were calling me numerous occasions each day and delivering me threatening words. I told them, via certified email and every contact to take-me to court. They dismissed it. Even though that I told them each time I'd filed bankruptcy together they extended to frighten me.

Since I'm attempting to purchase a home this statement is stopping me from performing that.

I wasn't prosecuted or taken up to courtroom like I told them to complete however now they WOn't take my bankruptcy. That is illegal likewise. Why record bankruptcy when the businesses may proceed to need money from you.

After I was spending them I usually compensated promptly. However they'd not post-it till following the deadline after which cost me a late charge. I had been usually informed that used to donot send it 10 times in advance. I just got the bill 6-7 times before it had been due. How may I spend it 10 times in advance. From the period you consider the holiday season and breaks off that left virtually no time at-all for spending.
