Not giving all info

I've named, faxed, shipped all of the correspondece that's been requested for NOW 2/10/10 I'm educated that my consideration is overdue since the corporation can't process paperwork regular. Being an unemployed employee easily don't realize that anything is anticipated of me how do I be kept towards the agreement? One individual explained that anything ON-HOLD for thirty days, another claims no-you need to spend regardless of. How like a customer am I to understand who to believe? I've finished all of the duties which were required simply to be in standard. I have to understand what the next phase is really as I'm still unemployed, nor have way to spend.
