I get a free game from a service when they bill this card for 0.00 the credit card holds $40.00 of my money for 10 days and then takes fees from the money

I have been using this card for over a year. They reported good credit information to all three credit beurals. This is the only good thing about the card. I paid $9.95 per month to use my own money. The billing for this amount was on a different date each month.

I paid a double payment one month to have the date sooner in the month. It worked for 1 time and the date started to come late again. I am a disabled VET and get paid on the first of the month. Fixed income. I tried to use this account to pay bills that came due later in the month. I had a game subscription that gave me a free game each month. When they put through a charge for $0.00 Amerione put $40.00 on hold.

A credit card company would and does decline a payment that exceeds a limit. Not so with Amerione they find reasons to hold your money for 10 days. If they hold all the customers money for 10 or more days they have a lot of money that does not belong to them to collect interest on. I hope that no other poor people get ripped off by this company.

I closed my account and they owed me $49.93. I only got $30 and some change back. Why? I tried to check my statements for the past month and the file will not download... Why?
