My Fed tax return

This company is where I file my tax and they can tell me where is my refund that was direct deposit in there bank on the 1/29/10. Every time I speak to them they keep telling it would be there the next day and when that day comes they tell me the same thing again. It almost two weeks and I don't know where is my Fed tax return and the don't have a answer for me.
