We purchased an automobile precisely twelve months before February.6 months later the top gasket went. It had been included in a guarantee which may of been okay, but UAC/CarHop wouldn't allow the technician set a brand new mind in, UAC/CarHop purchased the applied mind and delivered it towards the technician to correct our vehicle. The technician advised them that brains need to be new since all brains are metal and therefore are distorted until they're fresh. UAC/CarHop informed the technician to set up the applied mind. Therefore six months later the top is out again which period UAC/CarHop claims it's out-of guarantee and certainly will not purchase the fix. The top went of the vehicle again in December and following a couple of run around from the man called Chris who'd not return our calls, it's still not mounted. I get calls from their store 20 times each day, e-mails about daily, and harassing calls at the office. I told them-not to contact me at the office, however they nevertheless contact and harrass me. I told them I really could shed my work, however they won't quit. There should be a regulation against a company for example UAC/CarHop that may claim they are able to assist you to after which completely mess you around.
