Unauthorized Charge to Checking Account

Our boy might, occasionally, consult me to pay for his American Express (AE) expenses utilizing my inspections or he'd phone-in funds utilizing my checing account number (I'd say yes every time when AE requested if it was okay). Our boy subsequently settled me money to protect the funds. Our son has become in a challenge over a $1,100 cost and AE unilaterally (AND WITHOUT MY POWER OR MY SON'S REQUEST) required the $1,100 from my bank account to pay for the statement. I'm not really a co signer on his charge card. He questioned this course of action and got the run around. I subsequently instructed my lender of the unauthorized automated money plus they corrected the cost. AE has become getting my boy $73 to get a canceled automated transaction. Our boy has become also battling AE within the $73 product.

Be careful if you spend someone elseis AE bill by writing an electric move from your own checking acount!!!
