Closed Account after completing payment arrangement

Because of economy and private money problems, I'd to setup cost plans on my Sears consideration. At that time the arrangement was created, Sears was complete conscious of my consideration and overdue position. I had been described when I setup regular automated funds to get a specific time period, at the conclusion of times frame & my consideration could be in reinstated and continue an ordinary cost plan. I achieved my finish and monthly obligations were instantly removed from my banking account. I'm at the conclusion of the arranged time period and today being informed that my consideration won't be reinstated. The reason behind the consideration not being reinstated is way too many overdue funds & considering that I had been on automated payment distributions. Supreme summary - Sears Selection Division created fake guarantees and essentially lied to gather cash. Naturally, the cash is owed. But deceiving clients that in my own situation have now been a faithful client for a long time in not right. Ostensibly Sears Selection process would be to create clear claims simply to gather their cash without thought of preceding year devotion and stop an individual once they are down.incidentally & was informed Sears doesn't possess a complaint office. That is one method to not need to cope with fake guarantees!
