Scam and cheating

RCN provides company and residential clients a plus for mentioning another company or residential client who signals on with RCN for support. I'd both a residential recommendation along with a company one. I spent weeks attempting to pursue along my reward credit for that residential recommendation.

Like A small company, the credit it to become add up to 30 days's statement, that will be substantial enough. I called another small company, who became a customer. They particularly described my business towards the RCN repetition many times, to be certain I acquired the credit. Used to donot. I sent, no reply. I named, and was informed to complete a recommendation form online, but that type is for somebody you wish to send, not somebody you previously did.

6 months have passed by and today I eventually got RCN to reply a contact - their reaction - I"michael "Not qualified' for that reward since my consideration is not in 'good position'. It isn't over 30 times overdue, it's occasionally a little late (the price of conducting business in our economy), but I've never didn't spend, or even to contact to express when cost could be created.

DO NOT SEND ONE TO RCN! The 'recommendation reward' is just a laugh, and honestly, a misleading business training!
