Shocking experience

I'm really dissatisfied and to be honest surprised I've to create this comment. I was constantly bragging about Lender of America. Anyway I'm these days getting my cash out-of their lender and shutting all records. It is best to do exactly the same. They're changing. Which is to poor.in November 08 I obtained a troubling notice that because of my credit score my price would improve on my charge card account. I had usually compensated them promptly and atleast the minimum stability and so I was upset by this. I called instantly to claim the change I had been informed, following a lengthy dialogue that I really could utilize my card and also the price might remain exactly the same. I thanked him and shifted on. Well with Chistmas I created some acquisitions on my card and also to my surprise my price elevated I named to obtain this mounted and was informed thaey couldn't assist me that I applied my card consequently I received the endangered boost. I told them the problem they stated I had been provided bogus info and there is nothing they might do. Well there's somrthing they might did. They might have recognized their workers error and stated from below on out if you are using your card it'll be-at the larger price. Which may have already been reasonable. However they declined plus they have dropped a Lender of America helping client. Sorry for Them-They had this type of positive thing going. Be skeptical of the things they inform you have it written down!!! They must be embarrassed.
