Overdraft fees reached $434.20 and a rude representative

I'm on a fixed income and had no problems with Washington Mutual since 2003. Since Chase took over I've had nothing but problems as far as overdraft fees as of this past week I'm up to $434.20 and that's checking my acct. At least 2 times a day. There's also charges I have no idea were they come from. And when I called to talk to some one twice I've gotten the same person, this guy is very rude (more then the rest) he tells me "if I don't like it go somewhere else and do my banking" now that lets you know what's up with this so called bank. They sure gave Washington Mutual a bad name. Chase bank is a rip off! How can they sleep at night knowing what there doing to people.
