Delayed and wrong payoff information while trying to refinance elsewhere

I have been trying to refinance now for three months. They wait to the very last day to supply my mortgage lender with information. When it is received it has wrong payoff information, wrong dates, everytime it is wrong they have five more days to respond, on the fifth day information is received and is wrong.

My mortgage broker and reputable long standing bank can not believe these people are still in business. Everyone involved has been to this web site and read all the reports. If even one person is wronged by Fairbanks that should be enough to have someone step in and do something about this group. There are thousands of victims out there and no one seem to be helping including HUD etc.

I just received today a demand for payment of $2,900 within 30 days or they will foreclose. No one can understand why they will not just let me out of this nightmare. Since this is Saturday I have yet to let my broker know of this latest twist. My interest rate is only locked in until the 29th, the bank has already extended my rate twice. Doubt they will continue dealing with these rude incompetent bunch of people. I am hoping they will not give up and get me the he_ _ out of here.
