Ripoff They won't report me paid - and I am!

I paid these fools through their collection agency and the collection agency has reported me paid. I can not get NewPort News/FCNB to report me paid after numerous letters and faxes. Besides, their clothes never fit anyways and they would not do a return. Because of them I could not get my house or the intrest rate I wanted.
