I named your organization in March to inform you that used to do not need your support and also the guy had stated that he'd stop it and credit my mobile phone bill the $9.99 per month. Our Oct payment was subsequently charged twice - twice the $9.99 - in the place of crediting my bill you double charged me. Since I have have now been charged the $9.99 per month and that I didn't need your support in March, November, Dec, Jan and that I don't it in Feb! I'd such as the unique breaks for that two Oct $9.99 payment and also the 9.99 every month since. Please reply, Janice Stiscia
