Company charges my credit card without authourisation. This company is scamming people once you register with your credit card

I used to my credit card to check the company's site. It was promised that refund is guaranteed if you are not satisfied. Before I even had the opportunuty to check the stuff sent to me, they went ahead again to charge my credit card $39.95, without authourization. When I called them the guy told me that the amount will be my monthly membership fee and it is non refundable.
I let him know that it was not autourized but he was unfazed. He told me He will cancell my membership but that I could not get my monoy back. Please, let everybody decline to do business with this fraudulent and scamming company.
