Priority Pay Payroll, LLC
First Priority Pay Payroll taxes collected but not paid by Payroll company

Business & Finance

This company collected monies from us while processing our company payroll and never paid the payroll taxes to the IRS for 2009 second quarter. I have sent numerous emails and left several voice messages and written certified letters to them asking them to pay the IRS what is due or call me so we can resolve this issue. Priority Pay never replies to any correspondence. We used their company for 19 months and after numerous mistakes; problems with payroll tax payments; lack of commucation; etc. We finally canceled our contract with them. Unfortunately, we found out afterward that they were delinquent with paying our 2009 2nd quarter payroll taxes.
