This company has done nothing except take my money and sent one fax to the attorney who was handling the foreclosure process they never called them to ask what information they wanted of needed and now it is almost impossible to get intouch with them. I just want my money back now because after the sale of my home witch they assured me they had under control to stop the proceedings di nothing and called me the day after my house was sold at 5:15 in the evening. At this point I would never give them money loan modification is offered free from the us attorney generals office. Had they given me some heads up things weren't being done with the bank ahead of time I would have had many more options available to me but now I'm in a ten day redemption period and am stuck with basicaly coming up with the pay off. If you do use the company do not stop calling and talking to other copmpanies about what they can do to help don't let time run out on you and have no other options
