HUD Refund.com Or Project Refund ripoff

In August I paid for a "business opportunity" to make money refunding loans for HUD/FHA. I was under the impression when purchasing this product that it was done thru the government. Roger, the operator I spoke with assured me that if I was not 100% satisfied I would receive a full refund.

Well, I was not satisfied and I called shortly after I received the product to request my refund. I was told I had to wait 90 days from the day I purchased the product. So I did what they said and sent the package back after the 90th day. I received confirmation from the Post Office that the package was received. However, I have not heard anything from these people since December.

The phone # I have have all been disconnected and the web address I have will not come up. I am sending a letter out again via certified mail on 8/14/03. I hope to get a response from it.

I am probably wasting my time and my money. If anyone knows of a class action lawsuit or would like to file one let me know.
