Garden State Land & Title comapany is Corrupt and was involved with Demarco REI.
The scenario is as follows: A client is at the closing and the agreement and figures have changed, You? Why and Kristen Miller the notary connects you to Demarco rei, in my case it was Eric Havkin, Mr. Havkin advises "ignore the figures, They are just to make the deal work, you will be well compensated, don't forget you have all the equity in your home and six months of reserves."
Unfortunately you are not allowed to use your reserves, instead you are charged a rent double your mortgage payment, you never are allowed to use your reserves,
The figures on the closing documents do not match up, not at all in my documents it was stated i was to receive 150,191.59.
This is basically how all 'The Deals" went down most of the clints of Garden state land& title went through the same ordeal as me and all of us are drowning.
We only want what was promised, our homes back, our reserves so we can be home owners again as promised.
This is totally unfair, i hope someone with power can help any of us who were involved in this corrupt scam.
Please anyone reading this Hud, the Fha, it is unfair & horrible what has been done to us by this company. Can someone please HELP!!!
