FileLate is a scam!

I needed to file my taxes, hence filelate. I did my taxes with this company and thought something wasn't right with my state taxes since it didn't ask a lot of the same questions that I am used to since I usually file my taxes online, in time. I had to pay first before I could ask questions, when I did, I hit the contact us button and it showed a bad link. My first clue to worry, then I tried the phone number in the middle of the work week/day, an answering machine. No one ever called back oh and the chat online feature which is currently unavailable. Go figure. I did receive the report, but it is not doing me any good when its inaccurate. I also was under the impression they file it for you. WRONG they didn't do that either. I was scammed and ripped off. No way to get my money back. I guess I should have checked here first but since coming back from Iraq I really needed to get my taxes done!!!
