Fraudulent Mortgage-related Companies Must be Stopped

We entered into the Choice National agreement in January with the hope of getting Wells Fargo to refinance our home in Portland, Oregon. Choice National's agreement includes terms of a complete refund if they are unable to negotiate the refinance arrangements with the mortgage leader. After months of effort and communications we received a letter dated May 26 from Wells Fargo officially denying the refinance of our home.

In June we started calling to establish the refund date and to confirm the amount of $3,5000.00. We called again in July and August with no follow-up from Choice and any other form of communications. We started sending messages to their legal contact as directed by their receptionist at the main phone number. Our last e-mail dated November 3 along with all the others were ignored.

We've received a reply from the Financial Fraud/Consumer Protection Section of the Oregon Dept. Of Justice and the same through the Attorney General's Office in Arizona.

It is a sick feeling to know there are people living in this great country that have no ethics and can't be trusted. Without trust nothing good gets done. Please stay away from this fraudulent bunch. They need to be ashamed of themselves. They also need to return our hard earned money.
