My nightmare is finally over

Today is a very happy day for my Husband and I.
Wells Fargo was officially paid in full today. We were able to refinance now that our 2 year ARM is over.
Unfortunately we had to come to the table with money as our equity dropped quite a bit.

My thoughts are with everyone that still has to deal with these JERKS, if they had their choice we would have lost our home in Dec of 06.

I pray that no one else goes through Wells Fargo for a mortgage.

As far as I am concerned they are loan sharks.
It cost me $10 for a payoff amount and $10 for a "fax fee".

They will bleed you dry if you don't pay close attention
