Unauthorized deduction from my bank account

Ule-net companies created 2 deductions from my bank account. After searching the web searching for the corporation, without any achievement... I somewhat quit things in the hands of my bank to research. Nowadays i obtained a message from ul support showing me with our "package". I dont even know who the corporation is. I really do believe that somehow i tapped into them through other online exercise.

Have you got a telephone number for the corporation?

Ps there is no appropriate group of complaint. So i simply picked one.
