Late Fees

I'd GMAC as my bank for a long time. Used to do not need a single issue with GMAC. Our mortgage was offered to Nationstar and that I have experienced only difficulty with one of these individuals. They shipped OUR regular declaration to my ex-husband (which supplies all my own telephone numbers etc about the claims), charged me late charges when my cost wasn't overdue. I contact, have them removed and also the BOOM they seem for NO purpose again. I don't get my escrow claims anywhere near promptly.

I reside in Arizona plus they don't understand the actual property/homeownership regulations within this condition. It's as though they're just conducting business in Florida.
