Joel Brock He took upfront money from me for a loan modification which is illegal in Florida and most states

I was looking for someone to help me get my mortgage modified because my lender wouldnt help me. I didn't know where to turn but I foudn Mr. Brock. He told me he could get it done. At first I was really worried but he assurred me it woulndt be a problem. I believed him. When he told me his fee was $2500 I was floored. Now mind you I have very little money so I had to borrow it from relatives and he took payments. I thought he was doing me a favor!!!

Now, several weeks into it I cant get a hold of Mr. Brock. And that address in St Petersburg is crap! He is never there! My bank says they ever heard from him and have no paperwork!!! I am so mad i could spit!

I also did some digging and foudn out that Florida passed a law that no one can charge any upfront fees to do a modification. A fact I am certain Mr. Brock was sell aware of when he took my money!

Dont trust this guy, he screwed me over. I hope everyone sees this! Please do yoru research before you give anyone any money. I hope his license gets revoked!
