Brock Bunge Brock Bunge does DANGEROUS "work"

I hired Brock Bunge to do various jobs for me including installing the floor and stairs. He did this job in August and was paid right afterwards. Within the first 3 weeks, these special moldings that he put on the stairs began to get out of place. I pointed this out and he said he would fix it. He said it was the fault of his 300 LB nephew who went up and down the stairs. He never gave me warnings as to what size people could use these stairs. Is this something a reasonable person should ask a contractor or do we assume that the stairs will hold anybody??? I am not sure if according to Brock, I need to ask anybody taking the stairs whether they weigh more than 300LBS?

My Mother was here on a visit and she pointed out a noise on the first stair. Brock told her he would be taking care of it. Upon closer inspection, I saw that the stair, which was difficult to check, had cracks in it.
