Clc nationwide rip-off artists, white collar terrorists, advanced-fee scammers

Commercial Lending Capital took $8,300. Up-front advance fees from my senior-family partnership. CLC promised me & my agents fast funding so that I could purchase my retirement life insurance policy.instead, CLC took my family's funds under totally false pretenses, without funding the loan. As a devastating result, I lost my life insurance policy!

CLC not only failed to make the fully-collateralized loan in a timely manner, within sixty days, but criminally refused to refund my advanced fees.in the state of Nevada, demanding abusive, advanced mortgage fees is illegal.

Because of this, CLC behaves like they are above the law, with only a California Department of Real Estate license number, advertised as "01769238". CLC does not appear to be licensed in any other state.

CLC's refusal to make even a reasonable refund indicates their contempt for the authorities. When I notified CLC that the newly created Nevada Mortgage Fraud Task Force (a joint project of the Nevada Attorney General, the U.S. Secret Service, the F.B. I, and the Metropolitan Police Financial Crimes Division) would be receiving our complaint, they acted like they don't give a damn!

CLC also abuses their agents as well as mine. My particular agents & brokers strongly feel that they have also been cheated by CLC. We would all welcome a class-action lawsuit against CLC, in order to get justice for us victims.

CLC is also out in the public domain via the internet, hyping their "Webinars" to brokers, cpa's, finance managers, tax experts etc. CLC calls their website a "Commercial Loan Education Program". See for yourselves: http://www.clcnationwide.com/landing/commercial-loan-education
