Unauthorized ACH Withdrawal

Nationwide Credit withdrew $485 from my bank account on 12.31.09 without my authorization or understanding. I've never completed company together and that I don't understand who they're. Our lender had me publish an affidavit attesting for this reality, recommended me they'll contact the removing lender and "must" return the resources to my consideration within 5 business days. Is anybody secure from scam?
