Notice if you're able to understand why... We're implementing a young child plus one of the numerous issues we require is just a notice on letterhead from our lender merely declaring our balances have been in "excellent position", closed and notorized. That is it! They stated that THEY ARE ABLE TO"T do this. They explained that they'll not provide me something on letterhead??? We've been bank there for 15 or even more decades, they maintain our mortgage AND simply lent us $50,000.00 to look at however they cannot provide us a notice that easy. They provide their workers $8,000. To assist using the price of ownership, they've adoption loans to assist using the price of adoption however they cannot provide a lender client a notice declaring that their balances have been in good position. I suppose I have to change banks!!
