Scammed out of $1000

I was searching online for loans that are offered to people with bad credit and the next day we got a call from a represenative with precision lending group. They offered us $5000 but since i didn't own a home they needed me to send money to a woman who ran the accounting department so that they could secure the loan. They asked for $500. Being niave i sent it along with the contract they had me fax. The next day i was called and they said that my loan had been reassessed and they needed another $500. I was desperate and borrowed the money from my father. I again sent the money to cananda to a woman named linda fernandez. The next day the money that was supposed to be deposited never was. I tried calling and no no one with answer. What can i do and who should i report this to? I am so crazy to have believed this comany but they had a legitimate web site and phone number along with a believeable contract. If it seems to good to be true it usually is!!!
